A credit card is required to secure an appointment. Your card will not be charged at time of scheduling, but the number will be held in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Scheduling cannot be completed without providing a valid card number.  (To ensure the security of this information, please know that I do not have access to any credit card number; it is held only by the secured booking service.) This credit card can be kept on file with your permission for future appointments. If the card on file is removed or falsified in any way, your appointment will be canceled. If you do not have a credit card to place on the file, you may purchase a reloadable gift card from Envision Esthetics and reload it at subsequent appointments for your scheduling/purchasing needs.

I love pets! But my insurance policy does not. Please leave your furry friends at home. Only service dogs trained to perform a specific life-saving task in accordance with ADA guidelines are permitted, as per federal law. The state of Florida does not recognize emotional support animals as service animals. Any guests who arrive with ESA pets will be turned away and subject to the cancellation fee as this policy has no exceptions.

Due to space constraints and liability limitations, this facility does not accommodate extra guests. So enjoy some time to yourself! Please make childcare arrangements ahead of your appointment date. Clients who arrive with children will be required to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee as this policy has no exceptions.

Any changes to appointments require 24 hours advance notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Please call (and leave a voicemail) or text immediately upon learning of any rescheduling needs.

Missed appointments without notification ("no call, no show") will be charged 50% of the full value of the scheduled service.

Series appointments: missed appointments will result in forfeiture of that treatment of the series without refund or credit. Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) will result in treatment forfeiture OR a $30 cancellation fee.

Promotional vouchers (such as Facebook promotions):  late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the voucher without refund or credit.

Life happens! Traffic is terrible! If you're running late, please call. Every effort will be made to provide your service as scheduled, however, it will depend on any subsequent appointments for other clients. Lateness without notification is considered forfeited at 15 minutes after the start of the scheduled time and will result in being charged 50% of the scheduled service value.

Right to Refuse: The licensed professionals at Envision Esthetics reserve the right to refuse services at their discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.

There are no refunds on rendered services of any kind, for any reason. If a discounted package or series is pre-paid, only the non-rendered, prorated services are eligible for refund with written request. Promotional vouchers are non-refundable but can be converted to an account credit for use toward future services.

Gift certificates/gift cards and service vouchers are considered same as cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates/gift cards and opened home care products are non-refundable. Products and/or merchandise that is sealed, unopened, and unused can be refundable within 72 hours of purchase; beyond 72 hours, these items can be exchanged for an account credit equal to the cost of these items, less tax. Home care products or merchandise included with a service package are non-refundable.
