A credit card is required to secure an appointment. Your card will not be charged at time of scheduling, but the number will be held in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Scheduling cannot be completed without providing a valid card number. (To ensure the security of this information, please know that I do not have access to any credit card number; it is held only by the secured booking service.)
This credit card can be kept on file with your permission for future appointments.
I love pets! But my insurance policy does not. Please leave your furry friends at home.
Due to space constraints, this facility does not accommodate extra guests. So enjoy some time to yourself :)
Any changes to appointments require 24 hours advance notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please call (and leave a voicemail) or text immediately upon learning of any rescheduling needs.
Missed appointments without notification ("no call, no show") will be charged 100% of the full value of the scheduled service.
Life happens! Traffic is terrible! If you're running late, please call. Every effort will be made to provide your service as scheduled, however, it will depend on any subsequent appointments for other clients. Lateness without notification is considered forfeited at 15 minutes after the start of the scheduled time and will result in being charged 100% of the scheduled service value.
There are no refunds on rendered services of any kind, for any reason. If a discounted package or series is pre-paid, only the non-rendered, prorated services are eligible for refund with written request.
Gift certificates/gift cards and home care products (provided or purchased) are non-refundable.
